ME ON COSPLAY
So I recently just started doing cosplay (6 mnths ago) and first is RYU an iconic character from Streetfighter. Well, I am actually coplaying on a daily basis especially when my hair color changes. However, you get discriminated here in because people are stupid. Sad but true. I wanna look this way. So now I'm gonna do stuff before I become old and enjoy life.
Well it's awesome because I had this idea about the the rolling crystal balls and so I started trying Photoshop and I must say I did a pretty good job considering it's first time to actually try edit a photo in Photosop. The one with the Hadouken is the first cosplay I've ever made. Also, my Lenovo mobile phone's features also helped with this editing. I have friends who can Photoshop well but I don't want to be always bothering them. At least photo editing will be a new hobby to learn and I also wanted to be a graphic artist since I love to draw Anime'.
I get by with what I have so my regular Karate Gi did the job. I just had to roll up them sleeves if you know what I mean. Instant RYU coplay at no cost at all and I'm very pleased about it. My green belt was perfect. It's dark green so it looks like black from afar. I was a green belt in Shorin Ryu Karate (my beloved art) when I was doing this.
It's kinda like a dream come true. Sure it's not perfect since quality cosplay is expensive but what's important is you are having fun with what you are doing. At least it reminds me how resourceful I am that I can make do with what I have. There's a lot of room for improvement and more fun to be had with cosplay in the future!
